We deliver a range of services from IT Consultancy, Software Project Development and Application Support Services for our corporate Clients covering Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing and Charity domains (including UN organisations). IT Account and Service Delivery Manager
will be able to contribute to the company's future vision and share in the profits.
The
IT Account and Service Delivery Manager
role is hybrid and will involve working in one of our UK offices (Horsham and/or Borehamwood), as well as travelling to our clients sites which are UK and European based, a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key Requirements include:
2+ years Management experience, particularly managing
application development
teams or working closely with client accounts
Deep understanding of IT services and relevant technologies
Account Management experience
Experience of both managing and delivering services to Clients
Software management experience is a nice to have
Excellent English
written and verbal communication skills
Strong focus on customer service experience and building trust
An engaging and personable attitude
Strong leadership skills
Ambitious and goal oriented

Salary between 40K -55K, depending on experience.
