Key Responsibilities



As an

IT Data Administrator

at Rendall & Rittner, your main focus will be to

assist with the IT processing of DSARs

, including:


Supporting the collection, verification, and delivery of data for Data Subject Access Requests. Processing DSARs efficiently across multiple IT systems and platforms. Ensuring all DSAR processes comply with

GDPR

and internal policies. Coordinating with colleagues to validate and consolidate information. Maintaining accurate records of DSAR progress and outcomes. Contributing to improvements in DSAR workflows and IT processes.

Skills and Experience



Proficient in

Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with GDPR and data handling procedures is desirable.
