I am pleased to share that applications are now open for the Analyst - Device Provisioning position within Stirling Council's IT Modern Workspace - End User Computing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking Technology team focused on delivering modern workplace solutions across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Managing the full lifecycle of end-user devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), SCCM, and M365 Admin tools
Designing and deploying Group Policies for compliance and performance
Collaborating across IT teams to improve device optimisation and user support
Driving automation and process improvement across provisioning workflows
Essential Qualifications and Experience
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in device provisioning, configuration, and management in an enterprise environment.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Strong experience with Group Policy design and administration.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Skills & Certifications
Experience managing Chromebooks and supporting Google Workspace for Education (e.g., Google Classroom).
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent.
Awareness of security best practices in endpoint management.
Familiarity with device lifecycle automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Pyton).
