Position




We are looking for a proactive IT & Cloud Support Engineer with 2-3 years experience, ideally gained in a small to mid-sized company. This is a hands on role covering both technical support and physical IT tasks, so you'll need to be comfortable moving equipment, setting up desks, and jumping in wherever needed.
You'll provide 2nd line support, maintain and optimise our hybrid IT environment, and work with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and virtualisation technologies. This role offers the chance to get involved in a wide range of projects, learn from senior team members, and develop your skills across cloud and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 2nd line support for Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Windows Server, and Hyper-V Install, configure, and optimise Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments Support Azure IaaS deployments and system maintenance Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them Assist with equipment moves, desk setups, and hardware installations Contribute to infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and security improvements Maintain clear documentation and support process improvements

Requirements




2-3 years IT support experience (preferably in a small to mid-sized business) Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory/Entra Exposure to Azure cloud infrastructure and Hyper-V Strong troubleshooting skills and a can do attitude Physically able to move IT equipment and set up workstations A self starter who's eager to learn and grow their skills Relevant Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure) desirable
