Role Overview
The
IT and CRM Administrator
will play a key role in supporting and enhancing Salesforce and the wider IT systems across Indevor Group. This role is responsible for day-to-day system administration, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability, while providing responsive technical support to staff. The position also focuses on system configuration, user training, and process improvements to maximise efficiency, strengthen compliance, and improve overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
CRM Administration:
Maintain Salesforce on a daily basis, including user account setup, role management, data entry standards, and system configuration. Support enhancements such as automation, dashboards, and integrations to ensure the platform meets operational requirements.
IT Systems Support:
Work closely with our outsourced IT provider to ensure all hardware, software, and system updates are completed efficiently. Monitor performance, manage tasks, and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain seamless IT operations across the organisation.
Access and Security Controls:
Apply appropriate user access rights across systems in line with internal policies. Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements through effective system configuration and monitoring.
User Support and Training:
Act as the first point of contact for IT and CRM queries. Deliver practical training and guidance to staff, ensuring systems are used effectively and consistently
Process and System Improvements:
Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, or manual tasks and propose improvements through configuration changes or system enhancements. Support continuous improvement initiatives across business systems.
Implementation and Rollout:
Assist with the introduction of new features, tools, and integrations. Participate in system testing, coordinate user feedback, and support smooth adoption of changes.
Reporting and Insights:
Maintain accurate data and produce reports from Salesforce and other systems to support operational and management needs. Ensure information provided is reliable and accessible.
