Are you passionate about technology and eager to launch a career in IT? WARD are offering an exciting opportunity for an

IT Apprentice

to join our fast-paced and supportive IT Team. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in IT who wants to gain hands-on experience while working towards a professional qualification.

As an apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our IT department--handling day-to-day admin tasks, supporting colleagues across the business, and getting the chance to explore more complex IT systems as your skills grow.

Key Responsibilities



As part of our IT team, you'll:

Be the

first point of contact

for internal and external customers. Provide front-line support and help assign tasks to team members. Carry out a variety of

administrative duties

that keep the department running smoothly.

Monitor and manage the IT ticketing system

, ensuring issues are allocated and resolved efficiently. Get hands-on opportunities to explore

more advanced IT systems and problem-solving

as you progress.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone who is:

Enthusiastic and curious

about all things IT. A great communicator with strong people skills and a friendly, approachable personality. Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills. Willing to travel between our sites when needed (a

full UK driving licence and own transport

are essential).
