For our location in Milton Keynes we are looking for a

Apprentice IT Support Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated individual who is seeking a career in IT, to progress from an Apprentice to a qualified IT Technician.

Your main tasks

Adding, amending and removing user accounts. Troubleshouting and resolving or escalating desktop or network computer issues Use Ticket system to document employee support requests Provide support, including sign posting to procedural documentation Monitoring and maintaingin computer systems and networks Manage and update hardware and software asset registers Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults Support the delivery of IT rollouts and projects Supporting telephony and hardware infrastructure

About you

GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent). IT knowledge - technical. You may have gained this at school, college, self-taught or work experience. Good communicator and excellent timekeeping. Ability to work constructively within a team. Customer orientated with excellent problem solving skills. The ability to multitask and to manage changing workloads and priorities. Be reliable, determined and trustworthy. Have a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn.
