We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and improving our IT systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organisation while maintaining optimal performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, and data management.

Responsibilities

Analyse and evaluate existing IT systems to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Assist in the design and implementation of new software applications and system upgrades. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Provide support for end-users, addressing queries and resolving technical problems. Document processes, system configurations, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Analyst or in a similar role within the IT field. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and database management. Proficiency in analysing data sets and generating reports to inform decision-making. Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are a plus but not essential.
