Duties
Analyse existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and security
Support end-users with hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely solutions
Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems as they arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions
Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports accurately
Ensure compliance with organisational IT policies and data protection regulations
Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including upgrades and migrations
Requirements
Proven experience in an IT support or analyst role is preferred
Strong understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and cybersecurity principles
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools such as Windows, Linux, or cloud-based platforms
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Relevant qualifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are desirable
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for diverse audiences
