IT & CRM Implementation Specialist
to lead the rollout of a new CRM platform and ensure we leverage its full potential, including its embedded AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Implementation:
Support the end-to-end implementation of a new CRM system tailored to our business needs, from requirements gathering to go-live.
The successful Candidate
will have the opportunity to work with senior management as well as helping to shape software usage across the company
AI Integration:
Explore and optimise the CRM's embedded AI tools (e.g., automated insights, intelligent workflows, predictive analytics).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, clinical support) to ensure smooth onboarding and user adoption.
Training & Support:
Develop training materials and provide hands-on support to staff.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows using CRM and AI capabilities.
Data Management:
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (particularly with UK GDPR and NHS digital standards, where applicable).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000.00-37,000.00 per year
