About the Role




We are seeking to appoint to the role of

IT Development Team Lead

.
As a member of the IT Team, this role is integral to YPO's internal development function, supporting the IT Development team of developers, apprentices, and contractors to deliver robust, scalable, and innovative software solutions. You'll champion best practices, introduce cutting-edge technologies, and ensure our development processes are aligned with business goal and industry standards.

Please note:




Although flexible working, including remote options, is available, this role requires up to three months of initial office-based work. Ongoing weekly office presence will be determined with the IT Development Manager thereafter.

About You




As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the , we seek someone who has:

A degree in Software Engineering or equivalent industry experience. In-depth knowledge of C# In-depth knowledge of .NET, ASP.Net, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and Git. Strong experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, and Agile methodologies. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying ahead of industry trends.
