PC Field Service Engineer
, you'll hit the road delivering top-notch technical support across a range of clients and industries. You'll diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware, manage customer builds and software installations, and keep customers smiling with your friendly, professional service.What You'll Bring

English & Maths to GCSE standard
?
Full, clean driving licence
?
2+ years' experience
in a PC field service or workshop environment? Strong familiarity with current
Microsoft desktop operating systems
? Proven hardware diagnostic skills -- including
complex laptop repairs
? Experience with
software installation and customer builds
? Flexibility to travel across the region
? A collaborative spirit --
good team player
? Excellent communication and
customer-care skills
? SC-level security clearance or
willingness to obtain this
? Ability and willingness to undergo additional clearances as needed
? Happy to participate in a
24/7/365 standby rota
