Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and personable 1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team, based at either our Fordingbridge or Tower Park office. Reporting to the HR & Operations Manager and will be the direct interface to our IT Support Companies, you'll provide essential day-to-day technical support to users across our four offices.

You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing quick and effective support both remotely and on-site, and escalating more complex matters as needed.

Key Responsibilities



Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for staff across all offices (hardware, software, network, printers, mobile devices). Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and desktop applications. Provide user support and basic administration for Partner for Windows (case management software). Handle VOIP phone system (Call Switch) queries and basic configuration. Assist with setup of new users, devices, email accounts, and security permissions. Support IT hardware and software installations, updates, and routine maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation of assets, configurations, and user requests. Travel to other offices when required to resolve on-site issues or support project work. Uphold cybersecurity best practices in line with Cyber Essentials+. Other projects as they arise

What We're Looking For



A minimum of 2 years' experience in a 1st and/or 2nd line IT support role. Solid knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Office 365 administration. Knowledge of the Partner for Windows case management software desired but not essential. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Experience with VOIP phone systems (preferably Call Switch) is beneficial. Exposure to legal IT systems or experience in the legal or professional services sector is highly desirable. A team player with a positive attitude and an organised, methodical approach. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between offices when needed.

Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
