What you'll do

The IT Security organization bears the broad responsibilities of delivering information security, practice governance & assurance, and data loss prevention throughout the TJX enterprise. Our worldwide team applies expertise and deep business understanding to ensure confidence for all company associates, investors, and customers.


As a Manager Network Security, you are to demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding in Network Security space which pertains to firewalls, NAC and other Network Security related components. You will own the perations aspect of the team, helping lead technical direction, partnering with architecture, and security consultants. Presenting team progress, growth, operational stability, product life cycle and recommendations to improve security posture.

What you'll need

We seek creative, security-minded professionals who have had hands-on talent and social expertise to assist in protecting TJX and its assets. You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts.

Must Have's

Extensive number of years in an active Network Security Operations or Engineering role with some of that time spent on large scale corporate networks. Lead operations for Network Security engineers responsible for NGFWs (Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Checkpoint), IDS/IPS, WIPS, NAC, security monitoring, automation and network compliance solutions Detailed knowledge of network (BGP,OSPF) transport (TCP,UDP) and application layer protocols (HTTP, FTP, DNS, SIP, RTP) Experience with SDWAN and cloud network security preferred. Prior experience as a tech lead or manager for network security operations Excellent communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with other infrastructure teams and developers across the firm. Strong resource and project management skills, and experience in managing offshore teams.
