You\'ll oversee the enterprise\'s processes and systems, ensuring that the correct technology systems are in place to enable the Business and Technology Strategy, and you\'ll be responsible for the development and operationalizing of the Architecture Community

The Role, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• The role will act as a key transformation agent for Reckitt, he/she will be a driving force embedding our new product centric operating model, empowering Product Stream Architects with the tools, artefacts, support network and ways of working to minimise unnecessary architecture handoffs whilst building consensus and value in our scaled Platforms.
• You should be highly motivated with excellent analysis, execution, and communication skills.
• In partnership with Global Product Streams and Enterprise Architecture responsible for defining the core Technology Strategy across our Global Platforms covering Cloud, Integration, Digital Workplace and Enterprise Tooling
• In collaboration with Product Stream Architects, define, maintain and deliver the North Start Architecture aligned to business and technology strategy
• Responsible for the Architecture Community of Practice, fostering modern ways of working and championing the Reckitt \xe2\x80\x9cArchitecture as a Strategy\xe2\x80\x9d culture and mindset
• Act as a Platform Champion, defining a Platform maturity model, collaborating with Platform Managers to continuously support the automation of common activities and promote autonomous consumption of Platform capabilities.
• Proactively drive technology architecture design discussions to ensure implementation of good practice management and technical standards
• Through Reference Architectures and a collaborative way of working drive consistency in process, tooling and architecture across the Community of Practice, promoting best practice and acting as a subject matter expert in modern technology architectures.
• Establishing a close partnership with our Business Units and their area IT Directors to understand their demand and its impact on our long-term technology strategy and enterprise architecture
• Partnering with the Global Cyber Security function to ensure that security architecture is embedded into all areas of the Enterprise Architecture Ways of Working
• Bring an agile mindset to support a modern Architecture approach to solving complex business problems and digital transformation

Here\'s a little about what we\'re looking for:

• Will be an experienced Enterprise Architect and subject matter expert within a Technology or Business domain with relevant experience of driving digital optimisation and transformation
• Expert knowledge of the technologies and architectures associated with digitally transforming a large, global multi-national corporation
• Relevant experience of operating in a Product centric operating model and leading change activities
• An outstanding communicator who can build cross functional relationships with the ability to influence and align across the company.
