You'll play a key role in installations, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on customer sites, that can't be achieved remotely. At other times, the role will also include remote support within our service desk team, either working from home or in our offices in London and Hampshire.

Requirements:
Strong experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support and proven Field Engineer experience or in a similar role
Experience with M365, Active Directory, Azure, Windows 10/11, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Anti-Virus software, Microsoft Server, DNS, DHCP, WSUS etc.
Experience with various hardware, including PC's & Servers, Switches, Routers, Printers and Wi-Fi Access Points.
Practical knowledge of networks and cabling infrastructure (Patch Cables, VPN support, Routing/Switching).
Ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to document service activities and procedures.
Responding to call outs in a timely manner.
Valid and clean driving license.
