Strategic Leadership
: Develop and execute IT strategies and roadmaps that support overall business objectives.Team Management
: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department staff, including performance management and professional development.Infrastructure Management
: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and software systems.Project Management
: Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.Budget and Vendor Management
: Develop and manage the IT budget, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.Cybersecurity and Compliance
: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.Technology Evaluation
: Research and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and drive innovation.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 400,000.00-500,000.00 per year
