IT Manager

What the Role Involves

You'll be responsible for designing, building, and managing all things IT across the business. This includes:

Infrastructure & Setup

Building and implementing our full IT infrastructure from scratch. Setting up secure networks, user access, device management, and internal systems. Creating processes and documentation for best-practice IT operations.

Maintenance & Support

Acting as the go-to expert for all IT support across the company. Monitoring system performance, security, and reliability. Managing hardware, software, licences, updates, and backups.

Project Management & Innovation

Leading multiple IT and tech-related projects simultaneously. Working closely with leadership to support our in-house software development ambitions. Researching, testing, and implementing new solutions and technologies. Finding smart, innovative ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

This role suits someone who's not just looking for a job, but a genuine challenge.

You'll need:

Experience in IT management or senior IT support roles. Confidence to build systems and processes with no existing framework. The ability to manage multiple projects at once while staying organised and calm. Curiosity and resilience you'll often be learning as you go. A problem-solver mindset and the ability to operate well outside your comfort zone. Strong understanding of networks, security, devices, cloud systems, and general IT operations. Excellent communication skills you'll be supporting a fast-paced, growing team.
