Manage and oversee daily IT operations across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office systems.
Ensure system stability, network security, and compliance with UK Gambling Commission requirements.
Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and vendor management to support smooth casino operations.
Provide periodic operational reports and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of IT operations experience, preferably in casino, gaming, or financial services.
Strong background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work in multicultural teams.
Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required.
