To keep everything running smoothly, we're looking for an IT Manager who can combine technical confidence with a kind, people-first approach.

The Gig



As our IT Manager, you'll take ownership of the technology that keeps our warehouses moving. You'll make sure our teams have reliable networks, well-managed devices, and the right systems and access to do their best work.

You'll spend your time:

Keeping our networks stable, secure and easy to use Managing laptops, Chromebooks, PDAs, scanners and printers Administering Google Workspace and user access Supporting integrations and workflow improvements Providing friendly, jargon-free support to colleagues Maintaining strong security and good practices across all sites Planning ahead for replacements, upgrades and new tools Working with Operations, Warehouse and Digital teams to keep everything flowing Managing the IT budget responsibly and sustainably
This is a hands-on role for someone who cares about people as much as they care about doing great technical work.

You'll Thrive in This Role If You:



Stay calm under pressure and enjoy helping others Have solid troubleshooting skills across networks, devices and systems Communicate clearly and kindly (no jargon needed!) Can manage devices, licences and assets with accuracy and foresight Enjoy improving things: processes, systems, user experience Are confident with Google Workspace and MDM tools Understand networking fundamentals (UniFi is a plus) Are proactive, organised and thoughtful in how you plan work Want to be part of a values-led business where kindness matters
Experience in warehouses, logistics or 3PL environments is helpful but not essential.

Pay: 40,000.00-45,000.00 per year
