About the Role:



We are seeking a highly capable and dynamic

IT Manager

to lead our IT, ERP, and Business Applications operations. This role will oversee the management and optimization of our IT systems, including the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, new CRM platform, and other business applications. You will be responsible for driving IT transformations, implementing automation and AI solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of internal IT support.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in ERP systems, team management, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will also manage IT help desk functions, addressing issues related to software, hardware, and networking, ensuring timely resolutions and minimizing disruptions.

Main duties:



1. IT Team Leadership (Current Team of 3)



Lead, mentor, and manage a small internal team of IT/ERP/Business Applications staff, as well as external ERP/CRM developers.

2. CRM Implementation & Management



Lead the project management and full rollout of the new CRM system, ensuring it meets business requirements. Configure CRM workflows and dashboards to streamline processes and enhance user efficiency. Integrate CRM with ERP, e-commerce platforms, demand planning tools, and marketing systems. Train commercial, sales, and marketing teams to ensure widespread adoption and proficient use of the CRM. Collaborate with developers to build new modules and continuously improve CRM functionality.

3. Automation, AI & Business Process Improvement



Stay updated on the latest trends in automation and identify opportunities across Finance, Operations, Warehousing, Sales, Marketing, and HR. Design and implement AI-driven tools (e.g., predictive analytics, demand forecasting, automated reporting). Continuously look for ways to reduce manual tasks by optimizing and redesigning workflows. Implement integrations and cross-system communications to streamline business processes. Utilize tools like Power Automate, custom scripts, and APIs to drive operational efficiency.

4. IT Help Desk Management (Software, Hardware, Networking Support)



Oversee the IT help desk team to address and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues for the business. Ensure timely support and issue resolution, minimizing system downtime and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Establish and enforce IT help desk SLAs, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution metrics are met. Provide ongoing IT support to employees and departments, offering training and guidance as necessary. Troubleshoot and resolve network and connectivity issues, ensuring stable IT infrastructure. Ensure that all internal systems (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and business apps) run smoothly and efficiently.

5. IT Systems Leadership



Ensure the smooth running of internal IT systems, including ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and business applications. Manage data governance, access control, and system permissions across all platforms. Oversee escalated technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal business impact. Guarantee that all systems are secure, compliant, and regularly updated. Set clear priorities, allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and drive accountability. Foster a strong internal capability for ERP, CRM, and automation support. Provide ongoing team development through coaching, training, and performance reviews. Facilitate smooth inter-departmental collaboration for IT-related initiatives.

6. Communication, Training & Stakeholder Management



Deliver structured training programs for ERP and CRM users, ensuring clear and effective understanding. Simplify complex system concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand instructions for end-users. Collaborate closely with all departments to gather requirements and deliver IT solutions that meet business needs. Foster an approachable and engaging atmosphere, building trust with internal teams and ensuring that system changes are understood and adopted.

Required Skills & Experience:



7+ years of experience in IT management, specifically in ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is strongly preferred). Demonstrated expertise in automation, process optimization, and implementing AI-driven solutions. Proven track record in team management (1-5 people). Strong understanding of integrations, data flows, APIs, and process mapping. Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure. Ability to negotiate with and manage developers and third-party vendors effectively.

Desirable Skills:



Experience with: Power BI Microsoft Dynamics ERP Power Automate AI/ML integrations E-commerce order management automation Warehouse digitization Experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, or wholesale sectors is a plus.
