Summary



We are seeking a motivated IT MSP Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team in our Disking IT division, based in Hampshire. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to provide outstanding managed IT solutions & security services to our clients. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth Utilise our ERP to manage accounts and track sales activities Analyse market trends to inform sales strategies Collaborate with the support department to ensure customer satisfaction Provide leadership within the sales team to achieve targets Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts Attend weekly & monthly meetings (breakfast included)

Qualifications:



Proven experience in B2B sales or account management Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Analytical skills to assess market data and performance metrics Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory A proactive approach with a passion for customer success Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
