Are you a seasoned Network Security Architect with a passion for designing and scaling secure, robust, and modern network infrastructure? We're looking for someone to help build our network architecture function from the ground up, playing a critical role in shaping our future-ready IT landscape.
About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing organisation as we embark on a major network transformation. You'll lead the design and delivery of secure network architectures across our hybrid cloud environment, supporting both strategic and operational goals.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Architect, design, and evolve enterprise-level network solutions across on-prem and cloud environments (Azure).
• Define and implement secure networking practices, policies, and frameworks.
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure seamless network integration and security.
• Provide expert guidance on firewalls, routing, switching, and load balancing.
• Design and manage Azure network components, including Virtual Network Gateways, NSGs, and Azure Load Balancers.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Mentor junior team members and help shape the future of our network architecture team.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in network architecture and network security at an enterprise level.
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), and load balancers.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure networking (vNets, VPN/ExpressRoute gateways, NSGs, load balancers).
• Experience designing secure, scalable networks in hybrid environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and solution design skills.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent.
• Experience building or scaling a network function in a fast-growing organisation.
