We're Hiring A Full-Time IT / Network Technical Engineer

Location:

Office-based in St Michaels on Wyre, Preston (with regular client site visits)

Salary:

From 27,000 (DOE)

IT / Network Technical Engineer

who's ready to hit the ground running.

The Role

This is a hands-on, full-time, office-based position with regular travel to client sites. You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting a wide range of systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of

servers & workstations,

including

virtualisation

Microsoft 365

and

Azure

support and migrations Setup and maintenance of

VOIP systems

Installation and configuration of

network infrastructure

(wired & wireless) Installation and support of

IP-based CCTV

and

access control systems

Delivering

on site,

remote and telephone-based support

to end users On-site client visits for maintenance, troubleshooting, and new setups

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years' experience

in a full-time IT support or engineering role Solid

networking knowledge is essential

(routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN, SIP, NAT, WiFi, firewalls, etc.) Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments A confident,

clear communicator

- someone who can put users at ease (essential) A proactive problem solver who's also a

team player

A genuine interest in tech, with a

sense of humour

and a positive attitude A

full, clean UK driving license
