The Role



This role is for an IT Operations Administrator, based in London. This role will report into the Head of Infrastructure.



The IT Operations Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Technology & Innovation department. The role ensures the smooth orchestration of service tickets, maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation, and produces insightful reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement across IT services.



The role itself will involve a range of activities including:




Developing, maintaining, and updating IT operational documentation such as SOPs, runbooks, and configuration records Ensuring documentation is standardised, accessible, compliant, and regularly reviewed in collaboration with technical teams Generating regular and ad-hoc reports on system performance, incident trends, and service metrics Analysing ticket data to identify recurring issues and recommending process improvements to IT leadership Overseeing ticket orchestration and service management activities Serving as a liaison between technical teams to facilitate effective communication

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation and reporting requirements Experience in IT operations, service management, or related disciplines Analytical skills to interpret ticket and system data and provide actionable insights Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work across technical teams * A proactive and learning-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and processes
