We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support within our IT team. This role focuses on managing IT assets, coordinating procurement activities, maintaining and updating documentation, and assisting with audits and reporting. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the smooth running of IT operations. Please note: this is a non-technical administrative role and does not involve IT support or system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets, track deliveries and returns, and monitor lifecycle status.
Procurement Coordination
Raise purchase requests, liaise with suppliers, arrange deliveries, and track order timelines to ensure timely fulfilment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update IT process documentation, SOPs, and user guides; generate basic reports on asset age, usage trends, and compliance.
General IT Administrative Support
Log routine IT tasks and walk-up requests into the ticketing system, follow up on outstanding tickets, and assist with audit preparation by pulling data and verifying logs.
Perform other administrative tasks related to IT operations as required to support the team.

IT Ticketing Systems
- Experience logging and tracking requests would be beneficial.
