You will be responsible for ensuring that our users receive excellent IT services and application availability, providing support on key technology and ensuring that the firm's IT services meet business needs, are available and secure.

Overseeing and managing relationships with outsourced IT providers, ensuring service levels are met and monitoring vendor performance Ensuring that the outsourced IT infrastructure meets the firm's performance and security requirements Overseeing the maintenance and administration of network, servers and systems to ensure optimal performance and security Implementing and managing IT projects, including upgrades, migrations and new installations Monitoring system performance and reliability, identifying and resolving issues promptly Overseeing the IT helpdesk and support services, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues Supervising the on-site outsourced IT engineers and providing support Overseeing the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet the firm's needs and quality standards Monitoring and optimising the firm's Microsoft Azure and Exchange Online services Ensuring SLAs are met and monitoring performance metrics to ensure high quality service delivery Supporting all aspects of change transition management as well as supporting the delivery of IT solutions, services and processes Developing and implementing IT policies, procedures and best practices to ensure efficient and secure operations Managing and optimising IT operational processes, including incident management, security incident management, change management and problem resolution Overseeing the starters, movers and leavers processes to ensure accounts are created correctly and that the appropriate equipment is provisioned in a timely manner Ensuring the firm's operations adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, including data protection and cybersecurity standards Leading IT projects, including those involving Microsoft Azure and Exchange Online Liaising with key stakeholders regarding system requirements ####

What you will need




Qualified to degree level or equivalent Experience in IT operations, preferably within a supervisory role Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices Experience working in an ITIL environment Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 Strong technical background with experience in managing outsourced IT services and vendor relationships Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities Experience with IT project management and the ability to organise and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience of project work including the implementation of new applications and services, new IT systems and process change Commitment to high quality deliverables and user experience To apply, send your CV to:
