Job Description

I.T Operations Manager required for a well-established I.T solutions provider based in Fleet. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the day-to-day operations of the professional services team and ensure exceptional service delivery across software solutions. This role plays a critical part in bridging technical operations, client management, and business support to help scale efficiently and maintain a high standard of service across software offerings, including third-party platforms. This is a hybrid role but candidates will need to be within a commutable distance of their office in Fleet.
I.T Operations Manager Job Overview

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer-facing and internal IT software projects
• Distribute, manage and review the workload of the professional services team
• Produce monthly forecasts for the professional services team.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings, site visits, and status reviews.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and quotations.
• Manage internal tools and systems to support efficient operations.
• Prepare monthly service desk reports and key performance metrics.
• Ensure processes align with ISO9001 standards and support audit preparation

I.T Operations Manager Job Requirements

• Experience in operations or service delivery within the IT/software sector.
• Proven experience managing technical or professional services teams.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management principles
• Experience in software implementation and support services; familiarity with HCL Domino or HCL Lotus is a plus.

• Salary- 50,000- 60,000 (dependent on experience)
