We're looking for a qualified and enthusiastic
IT Analyst
with at least two years of hands-on experience, eager to grow their career while owning essential IT operations.
This role involves managing cloud infrastructure and endpoint tools--with a strong focus on
Google Workspace
for user provisioning, access management, and troubleshooting. You'll also work with

, and other MDM platforms, and support

What you will do at GoHenry:
Support day-to-day IT operations, including triaging support tickets and assisting end users across hardware, software, and account issues.
Manage endpoints and enforce device compliance using Jamf, Ninja, or Intune tools.
Provision and maintain user accounts, email groups, and SaaS access in systems like Google Workspace and Okta.
Assist with configuring and maintaining Workday workflows related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee role changes.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate user data and role-based access across integrated systems.
Maintain the IT asset register to ensure accurate tracking of devices, software licenses, and equipment assignments.
Write basic automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to streamline repetitive IT tasks and enhance efficiency.
Support software installations, system updates, and hardware rollouts for new joiners or department upgrades.
Contribute to IT process documentation, internal knowledge base articles, and ongoing improvements to IT service delivery.
What you will bring to GoHenry:
2+ years of experience in Information Technology support, system administration, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for task automation.
Experience working with cloud platforms and software-as-a-service environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
Demonstrated ability to support Windows and macOS operating systems and manage endpoint devices utilising tools such as Jamf or Intune.
Practical knowledge of Google Workspace administration, including managing user accounts, shared drives, and organisational units.
Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as Okta is advantageous.
Experience supporting human resources information system workflows, particularly onboarding, offboarding, and role change processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proactive and collaborative approach to IT service delivery.
Resilience and a growth mindset, with the ability to try again and learn from challenges to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Experience maintaining internal documentation, including Confluence pages and Information Technology policies.
Bonus Points For:
Exposure to IT compliance, audit readiness, or regulatory frameworks relevant to fintech, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FCA regulations, GDPR, DORA, or PCI DSS.
Demonstrated awareness of privacy principles, including data minimisation, lawful processing, and user rights under GDPR, especially in the context of cloud and financial services.
Relevant certifications (or willingness to pursue) in Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Security Engineer) or equivalent cloud platforms.
Foundational understanding of single sign-on (SSO), identity and access management (IAM), and core networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
Familiarity with data protection mechanisms such as encryption (in transit and at rest), tokenisation, and DLP controls within GCP.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams using tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Git for collaboration, documentation, and project tracking.
Competence in maintaining IT asset registers and supporting software licensing, procurement workflows, and hardware lifecycle management.
Comfort supporting or coordinating with third-party vendors and SaaS providers, with attention to security, privacy, and operational reliability.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, regulated fintech environments, balancing innovation with compliance and risk-aware delivery.
