Job Description

Ultra Intellect Technologies Limited is seeking an IT Product and Services Manager to oversee the strategic development, execution, and analysis of digital product solutions and services for our clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT products and services across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth product analysis, shaping solution features, and ensuring smooth product/service launches.

Main duties include:

Conduct product analysis to gather insights, recommend enhancements, and define clear functional specifications. Collaborate with management to ensure effective execution and readiness of digital solutions. Engage with clients to gather product/service requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable features. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and adoption, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, analyse user feedback, and recommend enhancements. Maintain product documentation, including release planning, change management, and client onboarding guides.

Skills and Education:

In-depth knowledge of digital products, delivery workflows, and agile methodologies. Proven ability to decompose complex requirements into structured tasks and user-focused features. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. Capable of managing multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 44,000.00-55,000.00 per year
