Expected starting salary: A competitive salary from 27,760 - 34,700 depending on the experience you can bring

Enterprise Technology is Aegon's global IT partner that provides infrastructure services, information security and global/corporate application support for Aegon's businesses around the world.

Enterprise Technology provides project and programme management, delivery assurance and consulting, health checks and related guidance for key programmes and projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be assigned to various project management support assignments. Due to the global nature of the team, the role may require flexible hours on occasion to accommodate global projects.
Key Responsibilities:Provide Project Management support, which involves determining project deliverables and timelines, developing a project plan and managing to the plan, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing meeting minutes and status reports. Working with team members to resolve issues. Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of relevant project data in the project management system (ServiceNow SPM). Assist Business Units with navigating service requests, providing coordination as necessary. Coordinate activities of a project team which may include individuals from multiple teams, departments and locations. Coordinate and deliver assigned project activities to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. Maintain an understanding of Aegon Enterprise Technology services, operational processes and procedures. Develop relationships and expertise with stakeholders to provide high value services. Support Project Management methodologies.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:Basic understanding of the insurance and financial services industry. Basic understanding of IT principles and their potential impact on business operations. Good organisational skills (planning, prioritising). Good communication skills (written, verbal, listening). Equivalent work experience in a similar role, or a relevant university degree. Experience of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ServiceNow or Microsoft Project experience.

It would also be great - but not essential - if you've got:Exposure to structured Project Management toolsets or methodologies - Prince2 or Agile.
