The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technology projects for clients of Technical Drive. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project objectives align with both client requirements and organisational goals. The IT Project Manager acts as the primary project contact between clients, technical teams and management, facilitating clear communication and efficient project execution.

Requirements
Experience
: project management, ideally within an MSP or similar environment is desirable
Technical Skills
:
Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and networking solutions.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Good communication and relationship management abilities.
Use of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Connectwise PSA, etc).
Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile methodologies are desirable.
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure all Projects are delivered on time and on budget
Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Develop detailed Scope of Works, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and milestones.
Coordinate internal teams (Engineers, Purchasing, Finance) and third-party vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
Serve as the main project liaison between clients and technical engineers, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies, industry best practices, and relevant compliance regulations.
Facilitate post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Salary Range:
35,000 - 45,000 DOE
