We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of largely one specific project, especially coordinating the testing, functional and process and triaging issues with the development team. This will involve working with cross-functional teams in a variety of countries to ensure project success.
In addition there are numerous other projects ongoing which could require some overview, in different stages of the project lifecycle.
Location:
With a minimum of 50% working from home there will be some international travel required (European) and national travel, Woking and Wolverhampton. All expenses are paid.
Duties:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate project milestones, progress, and risks to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Run regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project budgets
- Manage testing - functional and process - both onsite and remotely
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Experience in project management
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Proficiency in using tools such as MS office, Project or similar
- Ability to anticipate potential issues or roadblocks and develop contingency plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT project management
