The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on project delivery experience within a dynamic IT environment.

(Main Duties and Responsibilities):?

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets. Define project objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and resource requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of all project phases. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies. Oversee change management processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and minimal disruption. Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and quality standards. Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial accountability. Facilitate Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies as per organizational standards.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]?

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 7-12+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven record of delivering medium to large-scale technology projects. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and IT infrastructure management. Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in a matrix environment. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts effectively. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. The IT Project Manager should have strong experience in end-to-end IT project delivery, including software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, ERP/CRM implementations, or cybersecurity initiatives. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps is essential. A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is required, along with the ability to tailor approaches based on project type. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automation, and deployment pipelines) will be advantageous. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy, and a working understanding of information security frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills are essential to manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience managing cloud migrations, infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Understanding of containerization and orchestration - Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift. Familiarity with DevOps tools - Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, or CircleCI. Understanding of data management, ETL pipelines, and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, dbt, Airflow). Familiarity with data warehousing and BI tools - Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Looker. Exposure to database systems - MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB.
