Job Description

At Collier Pickard, we're more than just CRM consultants - we're business transformation partners. Our mission is to educate, empower, and evolve our clients by delivering CRM, workflow, and customer engagement solutions that genuinely make a difference.

As trusted advisors to UK businesses across industries, we take pride in providing independent, hands-on support with a personal touch.

Of course, this is where you come in.

The opportunity

We're looking for a permanent, full-time CRM Project Manager to join our growing Creatio CRM practice. This hybrid/remote role is focused on client delivery, covering the full lifecycle from pre-sales and solution design to implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing support.

You'll work across multiple client projects, using Creatio's no-code platform to build flexible, scalable CRM solutions. You'll also help bridge the gap between business users and technical teams - guiding discussions, identifying requirements, and ensuring solutions meet client goals.

Key responsibilities

Pre-sales & scoping

Support the sales team by demonstrating Creatio's capabilities in discovery sessions and demos Explain how Creatio can be configured to meet client needs, highlighting its flexibility and integration potential Conduct light business analysis to estimate effort, assess integration needs, and support pricing recommendations Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and developers

Client project delivery

Lead multiple Creatio CRM projects from initial scoping through to go-live and post-launch support Gather, document, and translate business requirements into CRM configurations Configure Creatio using no-code tools (workflows, dashboards, fields, automation, etc.) Identify when and where integrations with third-party systems may be required Coordinate with developers and integration partners to support solution delivery Produce project documentation (e.g. requirements briefs, delivery plans, change requests) Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support user onboarding and change management Deliver tailored end-user training across each Creatio module (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) Act as a point of contact for ongoing support queries across our Creatio client base Liaise with the Creatio support team when escalation or platform insights are needed

Ideal experience & skills

Proven experience delivering CRM projects, ideally with Creatio or a similar no-code/low-code platform Strong understanding of CRM processes across sales, marketing, and customer service Experience in pre-sales or client-facing solution demonstrations Excellent communication skills - able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile, etc.) Confident working independently across multiple clients and deadlines Comfortable identifying technical requirements (e.g. integrations) and working with developers to deliver them

Why work with us?

You'll be joining a team of CRM experts who genuinely care about doing what's right for the client. We value independence, clarity, and collaboration - and we like to think we're a bit more personable than your average consultancy.

As we expand our Creatio delivery team, you'll have the opportunity to work across diverse industries and shape meaningful, long-term solutions.
