Ace IT Relocation specialise in Data Centre Migrations, Server Room Relocations and IT related Office Moves and Changes projects. We are currently seeking engineering resource to assist with operational work across the UK. The candidate will play a key role in moving and installing PC's as part of an office move and rack mountable IT infrastructure including servers, storage devices and network equipment.
Key Skills -
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Extremely organised with strong multitasking and time management skills.
Ability to deal with sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferably have proven team leader/management experience.
Preferably have some experience working within a server room environment or a data centre.
Ideally have experience installing rack mountable infrastructure (Servers, Storage and Network equipment)
Ideally have some experience with structured cabling and/or cable management installations
Preferably have previous experience driving commercial vehicles including 3.5ton vans
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 80.00-150.00 per day
