My client is an exciting technology company based in South Yorkshire which is going through an exciting period of expansion. They are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team and generate sales within the IT Sales team. The successful candidate will earn a basic salary of circa 25k + commission and excellent benefits.
The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, target and monetary focused who ideally has experience working within the technology sector.
The role involves:
Taking ownership for a piece of the Sales Plan of their IT operation
Planning and marketing activities to drive the generation of leads and convert those leads into profitable wins
Solution Design - engaging with other members of the team to design and price solutions which are attractive to clients
Ensuring that proposals meet the needs of clients and can be delivered profitably and efficiently
Arranging and attending client review meetings
Providing weekly/monthly reporting for the Sales Director
Skills and Experience include:
Ambition and strong core sales skills
Experience of sales processes, generating leads and converting them into profitable wins
Experience of Cloud / Hybrid / Fully Managed sales
Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person
Full UK Driving licence
Minimum >5 years of relevant sales experience
