Job Summary:

Collaborate with the sales team to track sales metrics and generate reports. Assist in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Experience:

Currently studying or recently graduated in an IT-related or business-related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Basic understanding of IT concepts and sales processes. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
