Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT services and leading high-performing teams? GLF Schools is seeking an

IT Service Delivery Manager

to play a pivotal role in ensuring our school-based IT teams are empowered, well-managed, and delivering outstanding service across our trust.


As part of our wider IT & Digital management team, you will oversee regional IT Technicians, foster strong relationships with school leaders, and ensure consistent standards and documentation across all sites. You'll be at the heart of planning and delivering IT projects, managing procurement, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the IT experience for staff and students, while developing your leadership skills in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.


There will be a requirement to travel across multiple school sites as part of this role, so access to a vehicle and a full UK Driving Licence is essential.

What We Are Looking For



Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving issues with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems. Strong understanding of enterprise-level hardware and networking (e.g., layer 3 devices, storage area networks). Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Windows, Intune, and Office 365. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and end users. Experience managing and developing multi-skilled IT teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing priorities. A positive 'can-do' attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DHCP, DNS). Educated to A-Level/BTEC or equivalent; professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, PRINCE2) desirable.
