Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Account Management - collecting and reviewing KPI data in support of improvement activities
Service Level Management
Receive and review IT Service Management processes (Change/Incident/Problem and Request tickets)
Perform mid-level tasks associated with the relevant ITIL process.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and liaise effectively with other teams throughout the business.
Assist in the development and implementation of support training for end users.
Applicants should have experience working in an ITIL environment and have knowledge of ITIL frameworks (v3 or v4 level certified). My client is also looking for someone with a proven track record in IT operations, quality practices and client services, who has excellent communication and customer service skills.
