Your Role
This role is at the heart of the team and handles tickets from all support channels primarily phone and web portal.
Typical work and responsibilities of this role include:
Logging and resolving tickets
Liaising with customers
Software troubleshooting / guidance
About You
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Strong customer service skills
Proven experience in multitasking
Good basic understanding of IT
Quick learner
An understanding of ITIL processes would be advantageous

The IT Service Desk is the single point of contact for all customer's IT requirements either by telephone or via our Online Portal.
