We're looking for a proactive and skilled

IT Service Support Analyst

to join our team and deliver high-quality support across a wide range of business applications and systems. In this fast-paced role, you'll be at the heart of our IT service delivery--responding to queries via phone and email, diagnosing technical issues, and applying first-line fixes or escalating to third-party providers when necessary.

You'll:

Provide responsive support to officers and staff, delivering timely solutions and technical advice. Resolve incidents and service requests, while supporting changes, developments, location maintenance, and system administration. Recommend, configure, and implement IT equipment and software, in line with IT standards and security policies. Ensure accurate documentation of resolutions and procedures to promote continuous learning and efficiency. Foster strong working relationships with colleagues through clear, confident, and constructive communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 29,109.00-32,247.00 per year
