Please note we are unable to provide international VISAs or relocation for this role. It is also a 5-day-a-week in-office position, with some evening and weekend work on a rota, so the successful UK-based candidate must be able to comfortably commute to our Chancery Lane office in Central London.

The Role

Framestore's Systems Support Team is growing and we are looking for an IT Support Analyst! This is an entry-level position to join our 1st line support team, dealing with all IT systems-related queries and issues. This role is perfect for someone who has recently graduated from college/ university or is in the early stages of their career. Based in our London office, this hands-on role is your chance to jumpstart your career in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.


As an IT Support Analyst, you'll handle a variety of responsibilities that keep our technology running smoothly.


You'll also:

Be the first point of contact for all tech incidents and requests, managing them through our JIRA service desk Configure workstations (both hardware and software) - diagnosing and replacing hardware components Monitor our systems, manage assets and loan equipment, and provide on-site AV support for meetings and events
