About the Role
We're hiring an
IT Support Engineer
to join our growing technical support team. This role is ideal for someone looking for a later shift and the flexibility to work hybrid after training.
You'll provide IT support to business users across a variety of technologies, resolving both first-line and second-line issues across hardware, software, and networks.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Windows and Mac OS
Troubleshoot issues with VPNs, printers, software, and networks
Support Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure user administration
Log and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently
Escalate complex issues when required
Requirements
1+ year experience in an IT support/helpdesk role (required)
Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, VPNs, and basic networking
Familiarity with ticketing systems
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently during evening hours
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, MTA, MCSA) a plus
