As an IT Support Engineer at Apex, you will bring your expertise in IT support and customer service to ensure seamless operations for clients while also contributing to key projects. Our ideal candidate will:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience within a network consultancy/IT services company environment, with experience in implementation and support services.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
Experience in the implementation, upgrade, and migration of Windows Servers, as well as troubleshooting support and general administration.
Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V, including their setup and management.
Experience with Microsoft 365 setup and migrations.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS setup and management.
Experience with M365 backups and restore
Experience with SharedPoint and OneDrive
Working knowledge of various switch and firewall configurations.
Strong experience with security software and tools.
Experience with PC roll-outs and upgrades.
Experience with mobile device support.
Skills:
Expertise in VMware and virtualized technologies.
Server management experience with Windows Server OS 2016, 2019, and 2022, including on-premises Exchange.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Exchange Online.
Experience with HP host and SAN technologies.
Network management skills, particularly with Cisco.
LAN management, including DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
Firewall management experience with Palo Alto and Cisco.
Knowledge of telecommunications circuits and associated infrastructure.
Technical knowledge to enable collaboration with infrastructure service providers.
Technical knowledge and willingness to provide desktop support.
Experience working in an ITIL framework-driven environment.
