Job Description
Scope of Work:
1. Hardware Deployment, Configuration & Asset Management
Devices: Apple Mac, iPad, Vision Pro Infrastructure: Storage drives, servers, AV kits, conferencing solutions, networking hardware Region-wide provisioning and lifecycle management
2. Production Field Support & Engineering
User onboarding, office equipment setup Networking and server hardware configuration Workflow capture and requirement gathering from production crews On-set and on-location support across the UK, Europe, and potentially other regions
Required Skills & Technologies:
We are looking for a partner with proven experience in production support for media clients, ideally with expertise in:
Aspera, Jamf, Oomnitza, Zendesk, qtake iPadOS, iOS, visionOS, Mac OS X Networking & Communication Protocols (SFTP/HTTPS/SSL), Network Security Server & Storage Administration, Hardware Configuration/Provisioning Video & Audio Conferencing, AV workflows, VFX & Postproduction Technical Training, Visual Communication, Accountability L2 Production Support, Film & TV Technology, Infrastructure Support

Day shift Monday to Friday
