Your Role
You'll play a key part in supporting our digital transformation, with tasks including:
IT Helpdesk Support
- be the first point of contact for staff, solving everyday IT queries.
Device & Account Setup
- assist in configuring laptops, mobiles, and user accounts.
Systems Maintenance
- help the IT & Projects team with updates, installations, and general upkeep.
Project Assistance
- contribute to new system rollouts by gathering requirements, testing, and preparing documentation.
Asset & Records Management
- keep our IT registers and documentation accurate and up to date.
User Support
- provide friendly, professional service to colleagues at all levels.
Cyber & Data Compliance
- promote good practice in security and data protection.
On the digital side, you'll also get involved in:
Marketing Support
- update the website, create content, and contribute to social media campaigns.
Data Insights
- track performance using spreadsheets and dashboards, helping to spot trends.
AI & Innovation
- explore new tools and share ideas that make work smarter and more efficient.
What You'll Gain

What We're Looking For
Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to learn
Interested in IT, data, and digital technologies
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong communicator and team player
(GCSEs in English & Maths at grade 4 (C) or above are essential. A-Levels/BTEC are an advantage but not required.)
