1048 - IT Support Technician

With ongoing growth and development, an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Port of Felixstowe, the UK's largest deep-water port, for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic Information Systems Department (ISD).

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the IT Support Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality user support, maintaining IT operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. This hands-on position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users across various platforms, and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day IT services.The role also includes supporting implementation projects and contributing to service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring consistent and reliable IT support wherever it's needed. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a strong technical foundation and a passion for helping others resolve problems efficiently and professionally.

Please note: This is an on-site position that requires working full-time Monday to Friday on-site, at the Port of Felixstowe.
