The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for technical support queries, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our clients and internal systems. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide remote and on-site support, and contribute to ongoing IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments
Ensure security and data protection protocols are followed
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in an IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus

Pay: 25,600.00-30,000.00 per year
