Where do you fit in?

You'll be the internal point of contact for internal IT queries, (working alongside an outsourced MSP), supporting staff across our business to keep everything running smoothly. Some of your key responsibilities will include:


Day-to-day technical support for colleagues across the organisation Liaising with our external IT provider to ensure timely resolution of issues Making sure new joiners have everything they need -devices, logins, from day one

You'll also manage devices and user access, contribute to internal documentation, and help keep our systems aligned with security and compliance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed:

Solid hands-on IT support experience and a good understanding of the Microsoft 365 environment. Youll be familiar with endpoint management tools and mobile device setup Clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a calm, logical approach A confident, approachable manner. Youll be the face of our IT team

We work Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to other offices if needed.

Following successful completion of your training period, hybrid working is available.
